Cancellation policy / Hotel Policies
- Standard Rate:
Hotel Cancellation Fee would be stated as below:
0% Cancellation Fee for 14 days prior to the date of arrival. Refund 100%.
20% Cancellation Fee for 10 days prior to the date of arrival. Refund 80%.
50% Cancellation Fee for 7 days prior to the date of arrival. Refund 50%.
90% Cancellation after 6 days prior to the date of arrival. Refund 10%.
Refund will be processed within 14 working days after all documents are submitted.
- Non Refundable Promotion Rate:
For the “Non-refundable” Promotion Rate, there is no cancellation or changes possible.
- During the High Season we have a special cancellation policy:
Free of charge up to 4 weeks prior to the date of arrival ( Idul Fitri, Christmas, New Year 8 weeks), after this time we’ll charge 90%.
- Group booking ( 3 rooms and more ):
Please contact our Sales & Marketing team regarding Group Bookings.
Important information :
– Guests are required to show ID Card (KTP, SIM, etc) and booking numbers upon check-in.
Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
– Guests are required to spend a cash deposit of Rp. 100.000 upon booking.
– Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the “Order Notes” box when checking out your booking, or contact us directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
– During “high season” or weekends, there is a chance that guests should park the car in the neighbourhood parking area.
